At Kaikoa Designs, we take pride in offering high-quality, ethically sourced, and handcrafted jewellery.

Before you submit a return, please keep the following in mind:

Items must be returned in perfect condition, without any signs of wear.
Made-to-order Gold items are not eligible for exchange or refund. However, in-stock Gold items can be exchanged for store credit.
All bespoke designs, sale items, and earring purchases are final and cannot be returned.
For warranty claims, please contact us at support@kaikoadesigns.com.

Please note that customers are responsible for securely returning their items to Kaikoa Designs at their own cost. This responsibility remains with the customer until our customer support team confirms receipt of the return.

Do you offer a warranty on all your pieces?

Yes, we offer a forever guarantee on all Kaikoa’s handmade products. Our chains and sleepers, we offer a 60-day manufacturing warranty.

What if there is something wrong with my order?

If anything isn’t 100% with your order please get in touch straight away at sales@kaikoadesign.com.

Please include a description of the issue, a picture of your jewellery, and your order number. This information will help us resolve the problem swiftly and ensure your piece is restored as quickly as possible.

Why do you use sterling silver?

It is our mission to supply all of our customers jewellery, that you can wear on a day-to-day basis. Whether it is laying on the beach soaking up the sun, surfing a wave or running errands – sterling silver provides durability and beauty that withstands your daily activities.

How long will my order take to process?

Your order will generally take between 1 – 3 business days to Ship, with all stocked items. If you order a custom-made item, lead times may vary.

How much will shipping cost?

We offer free shipping Australia wide on orders over $150
International Shipping is a flat rate of up to $15 to New Zealand, and $20 for anywhere else in the world.
All orders Australia wide, under $150 is a flat rate of $10.

Is my order tracked?

Yes, all orders have a tracking number supplied once the item has been shipped. You will receive an email from us with the tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.
All our orders require signature on delivery, for the safety of your new piece of jewellery.

Where is my order shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our studio on the Sunshine Coast.

Will international orders be charged custom/duty taxes?

Please check with your local customs before you place an order as some countries as you are required to pay local import taxes. You will be responsible for any additional duties/taxes once your parcel arrives in your country.
