Absolutely. Every Kaikoa ring and bangle is covered by our Size Guarantee. As long as your ring or bangle hasn’t been worn and is returned to us in its original condition, we’ll happily swap it for the right size. We just ask that you cover the postage both ways.
Yes. Our jewellery is made to be worn and enjoyed, including in the ocean. Just make sure clasps are securely fastened, avoid wearing it during rough water sports, and give your piece a quick rinse in fresh water afterwards.
We recommend taking your jewellery off before swimming in a pool or spa. Chlorine and other chemicals can affect precious metals, particularly sterling silver, causing discolouration and dulling its finish.
A little care goes a long way. Rinse your jewellery in fresh water after the ocean, dry it before storing, and give it a gentle polish when it needs one. You’ll find more tips in our Jewellery Care Guide.
Yes. Every Kaikoa piece is covered by our Forever Guarantee against defects in materials and craftsmanship for as long as you own it. Chains and sleeper earrings are covered separately by a 60-day manufacturing warranty.
Start by submitting a claim through our Forever Guarantee page with a few details about your piece and what’s happened. We’ll review it and get back to you by email, and may ask for photos if we need a closer look. If your claim is covered, we’ll arrange the next steps with you.
Absolutely. Send us your photos and we’ll use them to capture the details that make your subject special, before bringing your bespoke piece to life in solid sterling silver or gold.
Every bespoke piece is quoted individually, based on the design, size, level of detail and metal you choose. For gold pieces, we quote using the current gold price, so your quote will be valid for a set period before it may need to be updated.
Absolutely. Our Sunshine Coast workshop is open for visits by appointment. You can book a time through our Contact page — we’d love to have you come by.
