Your order will generally take between 1 – 3 business days to Ship, with all stocked items. If you order a custom-made item, lead times may vary.
- We offer free shipping Australia wide on orders over $150
- International Shipping is a flat rate of up to $15 to New Zealand, and $20 for anywhere else in the world.
- All orders Australia wide, under $150 is a flat rate of $10.
- Yes, all orders have a tracking number supplied once the item has been shipped. You will receive an email from us with the tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.
- All our orders require signature on delivery, for the safety of your new piece of jewellery.
All orders are shipped from our studio on the Sunshine Coast.
Please check with your local customs before you place an order as some countries as you are required to pay local import taxes. You will be responsible for any additional duties/taxes once your parcel arrives in your country.

Yes, you can wear your Kai Koa jewellery in the ocean, but it’s important to take precautions to keep it safe and secure. Properly fasten any clasps or closures to prevent accidental loss, and consider removing your jewellery before engaging in vigorous water activities to avoid damage.
We advise against wearing your jewellery in any pools or spas, as many pools and spas contain harsh chemicals, that can turn you sterling silver black and will require extensive cleaning and polishing to return to new.
