- Cast by handYour design is printed in wax and cast in solid sterling silver or gold using the lost-wax method.
- Finished for lifeWe hand-finish and polish it in our Sunshine Coast workshop. Like every Kaikoa piece, it's covered by our Forever Guarantee.

Every piece is quoted individually, based on its size, detail and metal. Gold pieces are priced at the current gold price when we quote, and we hold that price for you.
How do I pay?
Payment in full secures your place in our studio schedule. We start designing as soon as your spot is confirmed.
How long will it take?
It depends on the design and our studio schedule. We'll confirm the timing in your quote, so let us know if you have a date in mind.
Will I see the design before it's made?
Yes. We share a 3D preview of your piece before casting, so you can check the detail and ask for changes.
Can you add a name or date?
Yes. We emboss names, dates or initials into the metal as part of the design, rather than engraving them on afterwards.
What photos should I send?
Clear, well-lit photos from a few angles work best. For a pet, include a straight-on shot of the face and any markings you'd like us to capture.
