If your piece has a defect in its materials or craftsmanship, we'll repair or replace it, free of charge. Not for a year. For as long as you own it.

- Rinse after the ocean. A quick rinse in fresh water after a swim.
- Dry before storing. Pat it dry and keep it somewhere dry.
- Polish now and then. Silver naturally darkens. A soft polishing cloth brings the shine straight back.

What does the Forever Guarantee cover?
It covers defects in materials or craftsmanship on every hand-made Kaikoa piece. If your piece has one, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.
How long does it last?
For as long as you own your piece. There's no expiry date. Chains and sleeper earrings have a 60-day manufacturing warranty.
Does it cost anything to make a claim?
No. Repairs and replacements for defects are free of charge.
My silver has darkened. Is that a defect?
No, that's natural. Sterling silver darkens over time as it reacts with the air. A polishing cloth brings the shine straight back. See our jewellery care guide.
