How to measure Your Ring Size

Choosing the right ring size ensures your KaiKoa jewellery fits comfortably and securely. While easy, it does have to be accurate! Here’s how you can find the perfect fit.

At Home Option 1: Measure A Existing Ring

  1. Choose a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably.
  2. Measure the inside of the ring by placing the ring on a ruler or measuring tape and measuring the distance straight across the inside of the ring (from one edge to the other). Be as precise as possible!
  3. Record the measurement. This measurement (in millimetres) represents the inside diameter of the ring and will determine your size and how a ring will fit on your finger.
  4. Compare your measurement to our standard ring size chart (easily found online) to find your corresponding ring size.

At Home Option 2: Measure your Finger

  1. Grab a piece of string or paper and cut it slightly longer than the size of your intended finger.
  2. Wrap the string or paper around your finger at the desired position for the ring. Make sure it feels comfortable, neither too tight nor too loose.
  3. Take a pen and mark the spot where the end of the string or paper meets.
  4. Lay the string or paper against a ruler or tape measure and measure the length in milimeters (mm) from one end to the marked spot.
  5. This measurement represents the circumference of your finger and will help determine the closest ring size on our sizing guide.

Chains

hOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT CHAIN LENGHT

It’s all up to you! Choosing the right length of chain depends on your preference & style, but we understand that it can be difficult to determine what we like best.

Consider Your Body: Take into account your body proportions when selecting chain length. A longer chain may elongate your torso, while a shorter one can draw attention to your neckline.

How You Want To Style It: Think about how you intend to wear the piece. Are you pairing it with a pendant, stacking it or wearing it alone?

Pendant Size: If you’re wearing a pendant, its size and shape should influence your chain length choice. A larger pendant may require a longer chain to maintain balance.

Finding Your Ideal Length:
Use a flexible tape measure or a piece of string to measure around your neck, having it hang where you want the chain to sit. If you already have a chain that you love the length of, measure it to determine the length that suits you best.
