To help ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas, the following cut-off dates apply. Please note: the timeframes for made-to-order items and shipping may be extended during busy holiday periods.

1. Made-to-order items
- Orders for made-to-order items must be placed by 1st December.
- Orders placed after this date may not be completed and delivered before Christmas.

2. In-stock items – shipping
- For guaranteed Christmas delivery, orders for in-stock items must be placed by 16th December.
- This guarantee applies only to deliveries within Australia, excluding Western Australia (WA) and the Northern Territory (NT).
- Customers located in WA, NT or outside Australia, or anyone with questions about delivery timeframes, are encouraged to contact us before placing an order.
3. In-stock items – market pick up
- If you select “market pick up” for an in-stock item, the final market available for Christmas collection will be the Eumundi Markets on Wednesday 23rd.
- Orders must be placed in sufficient time for us to confirm your item is ready for collection at this market.
4. General conditions
- All delivery timeframes and Christmas cut-off dates are provided in good faith but may be affected by factors outside our control (including courier delays, weather events and other disruptions).
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, but we will always do our best to help you track and resolve any delivery issues.
