As many pieces are made to order, please allow up to 14 business days for solid gold items to be created and shipped.
We offer fully insured, free express shipping on all solid gold orders.

International Custom Fees and Duties
Disclaimer: The information below is provided as a guide only. We check it regularly, but customs regulations and taxes can change without notice. Please confirm details with your local customs authority before ordering. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees charged in their country.
United States
Import Duty: ~10% duty applies to all jewellery from Australia (the former US$800 duty-free allowance no longer applies).
Taxes: No federal VAT/GST – only the ~10% duty.
Collection: Duty is billed by your courier (USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) before or at delivery.
United Kingdom
Duty: 0% (Australia–UK Free Trade Agreement).
VAT: 20% VAT applies to all imports, regardless of value.
Collection: VAT is always collected by the courier on delivery, plus a small clearance fee.
Canada
Duty: 0% (Australia–Canada trade agreement).
Taxes: GST/HST (5–15%, depending on province) applies to all imports over CA$20.
Collection: Taxes are billed by the courier or Canada Post on delivery, usually with a small handling fee.
European Union
VAT: Local VAT (about 19–25%) applies to all imports – no exemption.
Duty:
Collection: VAT and duties are collected by the courier on delivery, plus a processing fee.
New Zealand
Duty: 0% (Australia–NZ free trade agreement).
Collection: GST (and for orders over NZ$1,000, a customs entry fee of around NZ$59) is collected by New Zealand Customs or the courier before delivery.
We include all required customs paperwork with your parcel.
Please remember: import duties and taxes are always collected in your country on delivery, not by us at checkout.
